A great replacement for a stove-top pressure cooker.

This really is "set and forget", far easier to use than the stove-top pressure cooker I previously used. I no longer need to watch the pot and adjust the temperature all the time. I simply set the cooking type and time and leave it to do its thing. The 8 litre pot is a great size for making soups and broths. I've also cooked corned beef, ribs, pork belly and chicken. The stainless chamber is easy to clean.
