THere was an issue so I called the company. Chris answered and we trouble shooted and found the problem to be the bulb. I took pics and sent them n and a replacement would be out in the mail today he said. Fantastic customer support and great sellers! If you have a pond use these peole for your needs!

BTW, my current pump is a Sequence 1000 series. It's been working 24/7 for 21 years. It still works fine, but it's slowly getting more noisy.
