Product didn't work

Product didn't work, I couldn't even get the CD door to open. Will be returning the product but am annoyed that I have to pay postage. I purchased the same model from Argos after the disappointment of this one and it worked perfectly. The brand new product from Argos was only £2.50 more than I paid for the refurbished .one. .
