NEGATIVE!!!- buyer kept sending low offers and was reluctant to pay a reasonable price. Eventually agreed on the price. The item was in fully order as it was tested prior to packaging however the buyer claimed it didn’t work once they received it. I honestly think they just wanted to get the item for a lower price as they insisted on a particular refund. I offered a full refund upon receiving it back and he made up some excuse about not being able to send it back. Do not recommend!
