Buy British if possible
2 of 2 found this helpful It works well enough, the big issue now is that we are Anti, Chinese made, products. We cannot support this Chinese regime any longer. We do love the Chinese people and have many friends actualy from Hong Kong, but not from mainland China we should stress.

Amazing quality product that does a great job & could well last forever !
What an amazing product. quite heavy to lift and check for correct positioning so 2 people needed to hold while marking wall with spirit level, for bracket positioning and marking the 4 holes in each bracket prior to drilling.
Once the brackets are up, which went smoothly, it was just a case of raising up the header part and offering onto the bracket, which again was simple to do. Unruffled a few links carefully, and hey presto.
These chains are much better for walking through when carrying large trays and equipment in & out compared to the nylon or cloth material type screens.
This is used in our business premises, however, in a home setting? I'm not so sure the brackets would appeal as they are visible above the metal header - so if I were to buy for our home also, I would be using heavy duty Pan head screws - 4 in a row which should be able to handle the weight ? (about 6 Kg ?).
Look carefully at how the back of the header is rolled over to catch anything like a simple screw head ! or a heavy duty bracket like those supplied - we actually used the screws themselves to hold the screen up in position while we marked where the holes were going to be drilled using the brackets for a template.
Very smooth, shiny lengths of chain, which do NOT catch clothing etc and are so easy to walk through :-)
Air flow is also very much improved through this screen.
The quality of this product should see it lasting for a great many years.

Give your laptop a Top Hat !
This metallic top lid came with all the screws & even the hinges though I didn't need them or use them.
It also came with the cables which I did use to replace the previous cables.
This magnesium allow lid has already seen considerable work and is still functioning perfectly in my work environment and is carried to work in its carry case.
The previous plastic lids always had a flimsy feel with the lids eventually breaking around the hinge area's.
This lid looks seriously good and is seriously strong, yet so lightweight !
No flimsy feel here and no sign of any damage appearing so far.
Wireless connection appears to be totally unaffected by the metal thankfully.
Very happy with this lid, and if it does eventually break - i'll be back for a new one of these magnesium jobs !
No more flimsy plastics for me !
Over one year old now and it is like new despite all the daily sliding in & out of its laptop case.
Forget the cost - just buy it and I'm sure you'll love it like I do.
