    Glass bowl was improperly packaged and as such was identified by USPS delivery post office as damaged in their tracking system. Carrier told me when she hand delivered it, the contents sounded like broken glass. Opened the parcel after accepting delivery & found the bowl smashed. Sender had given the bowl only thin plastic shopping bags & a bit of brown paper for padding, The box was too large for the bowl so they put cardboard on top of the bowl & another box over that to fill up the space.

    You requested a refund and in 5 seconds left a bad feedback. We don't use clear tape which is all over the box. You claim bad packaging, yet there is bubble wrap all over. I don't control shipping. Maybe go to the post office to submit a claim from them instead of trying to scam us. There is the exact bowl sitting right behind the box in your picture. You should not be trying to scam a small family. That is just disgusting.

    Package arrived today and it’s i returnable and totally destroyed. The glass in the frame is totally shattered. Very unhappy. Was a poor packing job. Box was not destroyed. Item should have been packed significantly better. Now i am faced with spending even more to have a new glass cut or purchasing a new frame. I should be entitled to at least a 50% refund. Trying to upload pictures but + button does not engage to add pics of item and box.
