The Supermicro X8SIA-F is a reliable, durable board.
I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of features and quality of the construction of this supermicro board. I usually have only bought dual socket boards from supermicro and was pleased that these are of similar high quality. Excellent options for expansion too.

Entry Level Managed Switch
Great for any basic load you can throw at it. A step above consumer unmanaged switches. Obviously not fully managed but at this price point, a bargain.

Outstanding replacement for an aging and emissions choked carb
Used on an International SV345 V8 engine. Bolts up perfectly, had to modify the throttle linkage slightly to work but was an order of magnitude better than the Holley 2310 that comes stock on emissions 345s. Woke the engine right up ran better than the old carb right out of the box before I even jetted it, and great performance offroad too!
