Not sure it would suit men
Not bad, instructions were complicated and I still can't get two of the plastic covers on. Ideal for me as I only walk, not run, but it's a bit flimsy and not sure it would suit someone heavier or a man running. The running area is quite narrow but for the money I think it's fine. It squeaks pretty much all of the time and the silicon supplied is useless so I bought my own and if you keep applying it then it's not too bad. It folds up easily but the tiny castors can't cope with the weight so you can't roll it anywhere, you have to drag or carry it. For the money I don't think it's bad but I can't see it lasting for years as I use it every day.
