  Absolutely fantastic service unfortunately the first disc that turned up was broken , most probably buy a heavy handed postman contacted the seller that was extremely helpful and sent out a replacement disc the next day in a jiffy bag that turned up at absolutely fine and despite me being very sceptical about this, it worked perfect changed my region on my DVD player so easy. .  100% would recommend this seller they are very helpful and offer great service. .

  The item was lost in the post. The buyer opened a case & demanded a refund, leaving immediate negative feedback. A full refund or replacement item was offered. The buyer sent an incredibly rude & verbally abusive message in response demanding a refund. The refund was sent. Based on this experience I’d strongly recommend not dealing with this user, there’s no need for such attitude or language towards a seller politely dealing with a refund. The buyer has been reported to eBay.

  Arrived safely in NZ within 2 weeks. I'll admit it didn't work at first, (had several goes!) but I had been using my player (LG BP250 -Region 4) for about 3 hours & it may have been overheated when I tried it then? Tried again the next morning, and it worked first pop. So pleased with result and even more pleased that I decided to have another go. Prior to purchase, I emailed the seller to ask questions and found his response very informative and pleasant. Thank you!
