Great hot tub, not so easy to buy filters

Really pleased with the hot tub itself and set up was easy. However have found it extremely difficult to buy replacement filters elsewhere, most of them are not compatible. Also think that this should be sold with a starter kit of chemicals, as it is essential to have these, but does not come with them
