Exactly works how needed. I had the same one last week for 3 years. Randomly the mic stopped working so I just needed A replacement since new gen coming out in like 3 years. No point in buying Xbox One S brand new headset. Just by the used one. You know what I mean and this was exactly what I wanted and had and works perfectly.
