Does the job
My old signal generator started acting up so needed an economical and quick replacement. This one did the trick. With only BNC connections I had to buy some BNC to RCA jack adapters on Amazon so I could feed the signal to an audio amplifier.
FWIW, no manual came with it but I just found a PDF version online.

Normal spinner
Same problem with anything aluminum. Not enough to weight to keep the spin going. I even replaced the bearing with a better one. A steel hex 'nut' would spin longer but then it would not be this item.

Unique but...
1 of 1 found this helpful Like the shape. Balance is good. Bearing is OK. Small problem is the weight. Aluminum is light weight therefore does not spin a long time. If the 'gold' balls were made of something heavier item might spin longer.
