  I appreciate the seller’s willingness to accept a return with a partial refund due to damages incurred when shipping. Though the overall experience was positive for this reason the seller’s tone in replying to the request was condescending. The quality of USPS shipping and service has diminished greatly. Our packages are sometimes thrown to our front steps. I recommend this seller use a more reliable shipping service.

  This is a versatile, beautiful, work of art … hand-carved. I bought it wanting to use it as a pour-over coffee pot, and it can certainly be used as such. I’ve decided it can also be used for brewing tea, or used as a pitcher for Sangria, Mimosas, iced tea, Mexican hot chocolate, even punch for an outside summer party. The pitcher is exactly as described, was packed very well, and arrived quickly. This is an exceptional eBay purchase, from a very good merchant.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The item included a "Or Best Offer" option and I made 2 separate offers, but they were both ignored. I attempted to commicate with seller but received no response to multiple communications. The item was needed by a specific date, and there was plenty of time, but due to the sellers lack of response, I had to buy it from someone else. Then, even after I requested to cancel the order, the item shipped... over a week later. Avoid this seller. Very unprofessional!
