  The product is not aluminum and the seller refusing to take it back . I paid myself to return even if not my fault

  The buyer originally requested a return because the item didn’t fit – not because of the material. The product is exactly as described: powder-coated aluminium. Although I clearly stated that returns are not accepted, I still agreed as a courtesy. As per eBay’s policy, the return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. I’m always willing to help, but it’s disappointing to receive unfair feedback despite doing my best to resolve the issue.
