Outside hanging lantern
The lamp was very ornamental, but it lacked quality. The box came with the lamp in 3 sections and assorted bits and pieces, the glass immediately fell out of the casing. The box contained no instructions and it turned out not to have critical bits to assemble it. I managed to fix the glass with the aid of washers.
However the supplies of the lamp were extremely helpful and responded immediately, even sent me a video clip on assembly, always looks easy when someone else puts things together. I did have to source two nuts to complete the assembly, which were missing in the original package.
It looks very attractive now I have fixed it up and glad I persisted with it, how long it will last outside I don't now, but I suppose you only get what you pay for.

Life saver
My wife had searched the high street for this product, tried others. She was driving me mad because she couldn't find her favourite lip saver. So I let my fingers do the walking. Happy wife, happy life:-)
