Quick, convienant, competive price, helpful service, & a qulity product.
I haven't replaced the insert yet, I keep a replacement on hand. The ease of locating the correct part, time of delivery and competitive price made it almost as convenient as running to town to the hardware store. On the farm spring work takes up all my daylight hours so I can shop in bed wearing whatever I want with out having my picture show up on you-tube things you see at Walmart post. I do a bunch of my shopping in bed, at night, pay using PayPal and eBay. for ease, selection, comparative pricing, security, and rights to dispute should there be any problems. Works for me. The customer service hours are the only real challenge if I need help. No problems here. I'm pleased and happy. Thank you for your service.

appear same as OEM blades.
near as I can tell they are the same as the OEM. blades. Also, they work best if you put them on the right direction up. I like when they stamp the blades with "this side up." maybe less confusing if said, this toward the grass. After 70 years you might think I would know. I'm left-handed and still believe things revolve to suit me.

Round glides more stable that ski type glides.
My wife said they work better than the skids that I replaced them with. I'm not sure if the color helps or not. It's possible that maneuvering through tight places they might help in not to hook a leg on something.
