Essential ingredient for your soups and sauces.
I have looked everywhere for a mushroom stock cube and gave up. No shops have them even though they are part of a range by Kallo stocked in most supermarkets.
I make my own soups and mushroom has always been the most requested, but I always felt that something was missing. Conventional recipes suggest using vegetable stock, but that does not have the essential ingredient.
I stumbled across these stock cubes whilst searching for something else.
Now I use them to enhance mushroom based dishes and the difference is amazing. Cheap and effective. try them yourself.
