Excellent product
4 of 4 found this helpful This is my second lot of tablets. I started taking them the beginning of 2018, went from size 20 to 14 felt amazing. Obviously i found myself in a very happy relationship since and i put weight back on though contentment. So i have to say yes i need these back in my life. These actually work take a tablet half hour before each meal with a pint of water. I have had no side effects just lots of energy which is great for when you do exercise. I love food wake up thinking of it think of it all day and last thing at night I am also a picker, eat when i am bored but with these the thought of picking inbetween meals is a big no no.
