Black & Decker Electric Carving Knife

This was a Christmas gift to my husband, which he opened and used to cut a prime rib roast for dinner. He was very pleased with it, finding it very easy to use with the beef roast, however thinks cutting corned beef would be more of a true test as to how well it works, as he feels that is a more difficult cut of meat to slice. I think we will enjoy it and it will meet the excellent standards of Black & Decker products, and hopefully will stand up to the corned beef with as much ease.
