Worked well with minor mods
To install this filter stand pipe you’ll need to chamfer the end of the plastic quite a bit before it will press into the aluminum fuel valve. If you don’t do this you have a high chance of damaging the filter.

Works excellent
Excellent for reducing heavy clutch pulls. Just keep in mind that with added leverage you lose travel. This means clutch adjustment is more critical. Set it up and maintain with minimal free play for best results.

Time Saver!!!
Should have bought a barrel cooler years ago! I've wasted so much time in load development waiting for barrels to cool down to protect the throat and maintain consistency.
Searching around, I found this unit to be the best in performance vs. other brands. I simply run the cooler for 2 to 2.5 minutes in my chamber between shots. This maintains a very low barrel temperature...just enough to feel a little heat with your hand. This has been with thin barrels that are the worst for heating up quick.
The battery went fairly quick using the cheap Panasonic that came with the unit. I expect my good Energizers will do much better. Very pleased!
