  Really bad shipping time. Plenty of communication but the seller really needs improvement on shipping time. Took almost a week to actually send it out. Excessive shipping costs as well considering the box was made of older boxes, should’ve been more like ten to fifteen and not twenty.

  The item was shipped within the promised 5-day shipping time. Flat rate shipping was set-up for all buyers. You agreed to all of that when you purchased the item. Shipping insurance was purchased to ensure that the value of the item was covered in case of damages. So, if there were any damages or if there are any actual issues with the item, I'd love to resolve them. Otherwise, enjoy.
