For all you guys out there buying a new trailer jack every few years, STOP! Simply turn your trailer jack upside down so that the wheel or base is facing the sky and then spray a very generous amount of Free All into the drain hole. By the time you get back from a day on the water you'll be able to raise and lower your trailer with 2 fingers!! You'll also understand the definition of the word "penetrant", wow! No joke. Try it and you'll be very glad you did. Cheers!
