  I notified this seller that he sold me an engine that had a miss wheel on the front truck causing the engine kept falling off the track. He told me that he had to contact his friend because the item belonged to him. I told him that I had find and bought a wreck for $15.00 and replaced the truck assembly. I requested a $15.00 refund his responses was he is on vacation and when he gets back he will send me a wheel. I lost $15.00 dollars on this deal.
