Haven’t an issue.
1 of 1 found this helpful Pros: cheap, fun, upgradable, and worth every penny.
Cons: it’s hard to find upgrade parts. Wheels and shocks, all day, but Redcat is Redcat, and that’s that.
Highlight Moment: 9.5 turn with a 23 pinion goin 4ft up a tree and back flipping off of it. Took 9 whole minutes before the battery died.
Most extreme: fell 6ft onto pavement, pulled a link out, then while trailing fell 10ft hit 2 trees, and kept trucking.

Great replacements
I would say durable under “normal” conditions. Lipo, Brushless and 5.75” tall tires will destroy these by the dozen. Perfect for replacements on a normal to moderate upgraded rig.

Nothing wrong with it so far
We have 3 Redcat vehicles, Cyclone, Everest 10, and the Gen 7 Sport. I bought this ESC because we have 6 batteries, and just purchased a Vaterra Ascender. So with having put the other 3 through the paces I have no worries of running this thing in any other car or truck. Doesn’t get hot, and run times vary between 1-2 hours depending on terrain and battery size.
