The little repeater take 2
I already have one of these repeaters at home and once I got over the nightmare instructions by getting in touch with the supplier to get instructions in clear English, it worked great and it provides a better signal in areas where I had no signal at all, than I get sat next to the router. This one was for my daughter though and it wasn't so successful. Their router has 2 outputs, one stronger than the other but the repeater could only find the weaker of the 2 so while they now have wifi upstairs, which they didn't have to before, it's not as good as downstairs.

HDMI splitter
Simple little splitter with 1 male and 2 female connections, means I can either use my tablet or PC on one monitor without unplugging at the base of the monitor each time.
Short length means it keeps the desk tidy but long enough for what I want.

Early days
Good price, packaging leaves a bit to be desired for postage. Looks good, fits well in place of its predecessor but as to long term performance, we must wait to see
