The watch it's self is great, My only problem is the type of leather used on the band. It is very stiff and will require "working" to loosen up. I know the band could be replaced, I'm reviewing as is. The watch keeps decent time (quartz) so far. The tritium is fairly bright (comparing to another brand with T100 I don"t notice much difference). You set the date by pulling the crown out one click and turning the stem up (clockwise) and the day of the week by turning down (counterclockwise).
