  Had a mix-up with the Crocs I ordered. I ended up ordering a defective item. It did say it in the description and I clearly didn't understand the severity of the defect. I messaged them and they explained the issue to me an in exchange for the issue they accepted a fair price offer for another item in lieu of the current item. They fixed the issue even though it was 100% my fault. I will continue to order from them. Thank you for being a honest seller with Greta items. Fast shipping too!!!!
