OK but with some annoyances
Its OK but: 1. it twists when heeting and cooling so it doesn't sit flat on the surface (rocks) unless you keep counter twisiting it to straighten which can't be good for the heater element. 2. The temperature control thermostat keeps turning off the heat during cooking and because it has such a wide control hysterisis it doesn't switch on for a few minutes so the plate goes hot then cold over and over through the cooking process for minutes on end.
