  Was happy with the cup I wanted , the second cup was just a bonus so was happy with one cup hence a positive feed back ...All boxed up ok , box didn't look damaged but one cup was broken and in bits told seller to put a claim in got told he will look into it then nothing back... WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT ... for that I would have put a NEGATIVE in ..

  Hello, Thanks for your response. I have tried to get a sensible answer from Royal Mail regarding the broken cup. I haven't forgotten about you, but I've been pushed between the Sorting Office Complaints team, and the Claims Dept. As yet there has been no resolve.
