9ft U Shape Pillow
1 of 1 found this helpful It is good quality for money. The only issue is that you need a pillowcase otherwise you'll just sweat while using it. You can find it on ebay for around £7. A lot better than the "C" shape, because you don't need to move the pillow while you turn on the other side. My wife still uses her normal pillow and this "U" shape one in the same time. She just turns the "U" around for support for legs and belly.
