Doubt you can do anything about the pliers as there must be millions in production, other than source a more quality product.
The product is OK only, the pliers do not truly line up, this makes it difficult with the very small islets - - you end up damaging them.
Very fiddly to do a good job.
Wouldn't like to have scores to do - - I only had two.

We had problems with the address, but eventually sorted - - - I was refunded and another one purchased and sent to local PO.

Title ok, it is the product I required, but has an error in manufature.
Unfortunately the book has a manufacturing error, all the first pages are bound in to the binding and cannot be read. I have been unable to give this as an intended present. So, a serious quality issue.
