Fermenting Bin, Airlock and Tap
1 of 1 found this helpful Having been bought a 30 bottle wine kit I needed something to brew it in. This kit fits the bill perfectly, it is strong well made with a handle (best filled on site, as it's Heavy when full) the tap is easy to fit by hand with one rubber seal which I fitted on the outside of the bin if you do tighten the nut up on the tap to much it will squeeze out the rubber seal. The Airlock fits into a rubber grommet in the lid of the bin the hole in the bin is a little to big, to stop air or liquid escaping here I applied a bit of vasalene around the grommet before assembling. The one thing that would be usefull would be to have some kind of contents scale moulded or marked on the side of the bin but easy enough to measure out liqiud and mark it yourself. Perfect for my needs.
