Excellent remedy
1 of 1 found this helpful This was recommended to me nearly twenty years ago by an acupuncturist for my arthritis, and I have used it since for anything bone or muscle related. It helps tremendously in the daily management of my pain, and is especially good at helping to resolve flair ups or minor injuries. There is no Western equivalent and it is my ‘go to’ remedy of choice.

Excellent book
This book gives an excellent overview of the history of maritime navigation...knowledgeable and interesting.

Good sound entry level or backup camera.
I bought this camera as an addition to avoid having to swap lenses on my D80, when out and about. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but needed something with a similar specification to maintain the quality of my photography. This is my preferred option, and provides a steady reliable backup for my main camera at a reasonable price. It is also a good entry option camera for someone looking at a low cost introduction to digital SLR work. I
