Dell U2715H 27 inch LED IPS Monitor - IPS Panel, 2560 x 1440, HDMI

Superb quality monitor - highly recommended!
This monitor was bought to replace an older Lenovo 22" panel and I'm delighted with the overall quality and image resolution improvement I have gained. It's used primarily used to display my work laptop which is a Dell XPS 15" and is attached via a Dell docking station using USB C connector. I also use it with my personal Lenovo ThinkPad T420 via the display port connecting to the second mini display-port interface which works equally well. I have another older ThinkPad running Ubuntu and this connects via a VGA interface going into the monitors second HDMI port. The VGA adapter itself has to use power provided via a USB connector on the ThinkPad which is a minor faff I can live with. The stand is fully adjustable and together with the infinity style minimalist edge to the monitor all adds up to a very pleasurable user experience. My only gripe is that the monitor does not auto sense on which port the video signal is being sent from (which is not a problem if you only ever use it with a single device) so when I switch laptops I have to manually select which of the 4 HDMI and display ports it needs to switch to. If it auto selected I would have scored this at 5 stars but would happily give it 4.5 stars if the scoring system enabled this.
