Doesn't work
The rubber wont grip even on a dry oil filter. I even tried to tangle it twice around the filter for bether grip, but then it just streches the rubber like a gum till it slips again. Not working.

Good job
Did its job perfectly. The cutter itself is a bit wobbly so it needs some fine adjustment before you start cutting, but once you bite it in place it goes like trough butter. I even managed to cut a bolt down when the nut didnt want to go. Great value. Nut size 15 on the pics
