FAST HEAVY DUTY ELECTRIC LOG SPLITTER 8 TON HYDRAULIC WOOD TIMBER CUTTER STAND

Very good machine

Log splitter arrived and I set about assembling the stand. Took approximately half an hour to get it ready to work. It is a well made strong bit of kit , heavy but with the stand being on wheels ,is easy to move around. The front castors are a bit small to wheel easily on rough ground but if you pick the front up it is no problem. In a couple of hours I had split enough logs to fill a four ton trailer. With the splitter being at a comfortable height to stand up and work , your back doesn't suffer. Little details like the two speed positions for the splitting ram and the ram return lock adjuster save time when you are splitting smaller logs. I tried a few logs that I had failed to split with an axe and this log splitter just sailed through them no problem. This is a good machine at a very reasonable price.
