  Seller sent me a photo of an envelope they were sending item in, (bought over 2000 items and no one has done that before) when I received the envelope it was empty, completely sealed with no holes, when I mentioned this to him he got right out of his pram about it ,even got his mummy involved and said postman must have stolen it, yes he must have taken it home,steamed it open to find a £2 guitar knob, stole it then carefully stuck envelope back down and reposted it.

  Having sent you a copy of Royal Mail taking accountability for the loss of your parcel, I am dumbfounded as to why you still have this issue with me and believe it is an unfair representation of me. Royal Mail make mistakes and things get lots and taken from the post. I am, as I have previously said to you, apologetic for your experience.
