great product for the cost of money
I had a ink jet printer and the cost of the ink was expensive and did not last long. I decided to purchase a laser jet printer. my friend owns a same model printer except it is a black/white version. I like the feature with 2-sided pages. the new printer is much heavier and sturdier. I am disappointed about not having wireless feature. however, I can still connect it by USB without problems. the price is good for the quality product. I have a MAC desktop. it took me a little while to get it installed and connected. if you have Apple computer, make sure download the installation software from HP support center online. I like this seller. he/she answered my question within a minute. It took me by surprise when Fed/Exp man knocked my door the day after I ordered the product, wonderful gesture.
