A hard to get item made easy to buy!
This product was bought as a gift for my (hopefully) future daughter in law who has shown an interest in the lost art of cooking. Between them, she and my son eat all the food that I can cook so I SEARCHED the shops for a write-in recipe book before trawling ebay - and Hey Presto! there it was; just what I was looking for. Well priced, good quality and a pretty cover that is the cherry on the cake. A fab buy.
I am now considering buying these recipe books for several friends who also find it easier to eat out than to cook in. I could fill them with easy make recipes and dine out on them for a change. A book worth buying.

Very useful little book
This book gives the basics of pressure cooking and acts as a 'spine' to build on. The recipes will instruct in the mechanics of pressure cooking such as when and for how long to use no pressure, when to use fast release and slow release and length of cooking times. I bought it in order to learn the basic rules and it fits this purpose. The recipes are basic and do not set the tastebuds tingling but they can be adapted for more exiting use. All in all, very useful little book

Good buy
I bought two of these; one was absolutely perfect whereas the other (blue) had signs of wear. Even so, the price was absolutely fantastic for the quality of the article. A lovely size for two or even for four. I would recommend
