  Had to rate this experience as neutral. Book described as new. Posted in a stiff paper envelope with no extra protection, some bubble rap would have done the trick. Consequently the hard cover received some dinks. Thankfully the book contents survived as new. With just a little care this could have been avoided. Surprised and disappointed that a long standing seller on ebay would post a book in such a flimsy envelope knowing the hard knocks any parcel will receive on its journey.
