A dreadful useless item
There’s a reason this toaster was so cheap - it’s absolutely awful. Too small to toast a normal slice of bread or crumpet as they are both too thick and bread too big in all ways ! Cut a slice of a pre sliced loaf and it still has to be turned in order to toast all of half slice sbd crumpets although not too large are too thick so once toasted they have to be pulled out with some cutlery as they’ve stuck to the sides. It’s so flimsy you have to hold it in place as you press the lowering knob or else it tips over! If i had not been leaving to go overseas for 6 months the day after it was delivered I would have returned it and bought a respected brand for a couple of pounds more
