A super colour printer
I have owned this model of printer since 2007 and it has been a brilliant dependable printer for my business until it developed a problem this year. Pages printed completely black. HP were not willing to help me without an upfront payment and at that stage it was not clear if the cause was the printer cartridge or something else. After extensive troubleshooting by myself and replacing the black toner cartridge, the cause pointed towards a faulty motherboard which rendered a repair uneconomic. This problem had a massive impact on my business in terms of downtime and cost which depends on being able to print documents on a daily basis. There was no backup printer. This endorsement is as much for the vendor as it is for the printer. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of my printer and was extremely helpful. Without his help, the cost would have been significantly more.

Brilliant adaptor - saved me £££'s
This adaptor is superb both in its quality and its effectiveness. It's enabled me to continue to use an existing Dell monitor with a brand new laptop and saved me the cost of buying another monitor. The monitor only has a VGA and DVI port and the laptop only offers HDMI and DisplayPort connections mean that I either had to replace the monitor or try an adaptor. It attaches to the blue VGA lead from the monitor and easily connects with the laptop appearing instantly as a second monitor. I'm delighted with this adaptor.
