Great bags for small money
It's a drag that GIVI went and made the e22 so ugly (sorry GIVI.. much love, but you need more toploaders)--- but the solution is the e21n! :D If you don't have a super angular bike, these look a lot better, and while they're just a simple cast plastic box-- they're a great fit for moving stuff around town on your bike-- a jacket, your lunch, rack straps and bungees, a coupla small bags of groceries and a six pack. Like a lot of other folks-- I have larger 36 liter touring panniers-- I just wanted something non-ugly and smaller for getting around town or day rides, and these fit the bill perfectly. They're essentially weightless, and waterproof, and come off in 15 seconds if you don't need them. These are an absolute steal if you're already in the GIVI monokey ecosystem and you're not riding a bike that looks like a transformer.
