Faulty product
The CD player does not work. It displays a read error with every disc and refuses to play. Even after cleaning the sensor the problem persists. This renders the product not fit for purpose. I suppose this is the risk one faces when purchasing a second hand item from an overseas location, which will now be difficult (impossible?) or expensive to rectify. I have learnt a valuable lesson which will not be repeated.
