Clear and thought provoking

Well written book. Clearly sets out eight teachings and relates them to addiction. Offers space and guidance for reflection and meditation. Reading this book has made it easy for me to think about my personal issues and how I can overcome them. This book would be useful for people with varying levels of addiction - be it alcohol, drugs, internet, shopping, food - and are wanting to inspire themselves with new ways of thinking.
