No Is Complete Sentence says it all
Just a great book and its message has stood the test of time. I bought this copy for a friend that has trouble telling people no. She is forever doing things that she would really rather not do or just doesn't have the time to do! I got this book for her because it will reinforce the importance of "self" and teach her now to say no without feeling guilty or that she is letting someone down.
