Broken on arrival.
Not sure if the coffee machine actually works or is any good, bought as a father's day present for my dad who I don't see regularly but LOVES his coffee. Once he has the machine and sets it up in his office he realises the glass jug is cracked making it unusable. Either it was sent to us like this or happened in transport, either way not happy.
