2001 BBC Lorna Doone
Great movie. Beautiful scenery of west England and Wales. Good actors. Follows the book pretty closely.

Excellent $50 violin....
I wasn't expecting much for about $50, but wow was I surprized. The precision of manufactoring is excellent. The tone is quite acceptable. I am familiar with playing violin so I knew how to set it up. If you aren't, just go online and search violin setup. Don't forget to roughen the new rosin with sandpaper so the rosin will transfer to the bow. The only "correction" I had to make was to sand the paint off the edges of the tuning screws in the tailpiece so my fingers could grip the knurls to adjust. I believe the manufactorer is the GLarry Co. Excellent, excellent work for the money.
