Super apart from the dent
It came packaged in a polythene bag. No protection whatever. It was dented, hardly surprising: post office sorting not done with kid gloves! But it does work. Some bubble wrap would have cost virtually nothing and my torch would have been undamaged. Very disappointed with the dent, but the torch would otherwise have been excellent.

Very pleased with my purchase
1 of 1 found this helpful It has simple manual erection so no complicated internals which can't be repaired and it has eight panels. Some of the automatic umbrella's are cheaper, have eight panels, and may well be equally satisfactory but I decided against the risk.
I paid more than the minimum but I am satisfied with my purchase. The last one lasted many years and was perfectly satisfactory when I unwittingly donated it and don't remember where so can't ask for it back. A repeat of that is the greatest risk to my new purchase.
