Nice grip
Design differs from the photos shown, perhaps an updated version. Either way the design is excellent, fit very good and a well made product. Makes it much easier to walk around with the X100T. All compartments and buttons still easily accessible. Highly recommended. UPDATE: After using the grip for a week I notice the machining on the top of the grip is not quite correct. It digs into the camera body a bit and has removed a small amount of the black paint. Will try to correct this by removing the ridge that is causing the problem. The manufacturer needs to modify the shape a fraction to make this a perfect fit.

Needs a little work
Grip does not quite fit the curve of the X100T but a little easy remodeling with a metal file fixed that without detracting from the grip finish. I also removed the 4 small rubber spacers that sit around where the base attaches to the camera. The camera fits better into the bottom plate with these removed. With these minor modifications the grip is now perfect and very comfortable.
